A3F 48 Hour Challenge - February 15-17, 2008
43 Teams have signed up so far and are ready to take on the task of  
creating a 1-7 minute film in just 2 Days or 48 Hours!  A3F 2008 is  
just a little over a week away!  Looks to be another talented group of  
filmmakers as we are expecting 50+ teams again this year!

48 Hour Challenge Kick-off Party
Join your fellow filmmakers, actors, actresses and film enthusiasts at  
Majerle's 9 Lounge in downtown Phoenix for the kick-off party/mixer  
next Friday the 15th!  Festivities start at 5:30 p.m. with the  
revealing of the guidelines at 7 p.m.  Free food, drinks (cash bar)  
and lots of energy and excitement from the 200+ people make this a  
party not to be missed!  Open to all ages.

If you are looking to join a team, come to the party and meet other  
directors, cinematographer, actors and writers!

New teams can register online at http://www.thea3f.net/48hour.php or  
at the party next Friday.  Guidelines will also be posted on the A3F  
web site at approximately 7 p.m. on the 15th.  But the kick-off party  
is definitely recommended!  More details on the challenge coming soon...

A3F International Short Film Festival
Last reminder that everyone on this list can redeem 2 complimentary  
tickets for the Short Film Festival next Wed.-Thurs. Screenings are at  
AMC Arizona Center 24 Theatres from 5pm-10pm each night.  Just visit http://www.thea3f.net/short.php 
  and pick a program you want to attend and then email jae at thea3f.net  
with your choice.

Example: Jury Award Winners, 2 Tickets, Sam Smith (Ticket requests  
must be sent by this Friday, Feb. 8)

A3F VIP After Party
To celebrate the completion of our inaugural A3F Short Film Festival,  
we are hosting an exclusive VIP After Party at the new 1130 Restaurant  
at the Arizona Center.  The party goes from 10pm - Midnight.  Tickets

Valentine's gift and destination!
