24 Hour Challenge!

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's A3F 24 Hour  
Challenge.  This inaugural event far exceeded our expectations with  
47 teams entering and attempting to make a 1-5 minute film in just 24  
Hours.

We saw some very sleepy people today at Zoes Kitchen for the check-in  
but also some excited filmmakers who took on the challenge and  
succeeded by turning in their films within the 24 hour time period.   
32 teams made the deadline and will have their films watched and  
scored by the panel of judges.

Late films and for those of you who did not make it to Zoes, you can  
still turn your film in and have it screened at the Honorable  
Mentions screening on October 18.  We will show these films starting  
at 5:30 p.m at AMC Arizona Center 24 Theatres.  So email me if you  
still want to drop off your film?

All others, the results will be posted on the A3F web site  
(hopefully) by Friday evening.  Once you know which screening your  
film falls into, you can purchase your tickets on the A3F web site.   
Each team receives 2 free tickets to the Top 20 screening and also if  
you are in the HR Screening, you get 2 tickets for that one too!

Please spread the word and get all of your family, friends and the  
public to come on the 18th and let's sell out Theatres #21 so all of  
you can be Almost Famous!
