To A3F Filmmakers,

Wow, 32 Teams have registered as of today, January 17 for A3F 2007.   
This is a tremendous turnout so far and I want to personally thank  
everyone for their support and participation.  Without you, the  
filmmakers and community members, the A3F would not be a possibility  
each year ... so it means a lot to have this much involvement and  
excitement.  Thank you!

• Blog All About It!  The A3F has teamed up with BlogXero, a new  
personal "space" web site which allows users to blog with simplicity  
and power.  Visit the A3F Community Page http://www.thea3f.net/ 
community.shtml and click on over to the A3F Blog.  You can leave  
comments about your team, what you are looking forward to as the A3F  
nears or anything on your mind that relates to the A3F.  You don't  
have to subscribe to leave comments or you can sign up for free and  
then build your own Blog!

• Part three of the A3F series of workshops takes place this Saturday  
from 11a.m. to 1p.m.  The topic is "scriptwriting" and focusing on  
the elements of writing a winning story for your next short film!   
There are just a few seats remaining so please RSVP to  
jae at ballboy.net if you would like to attend?  Workshop will be held  
on the Phoenix College Campus.  (Directions will be emailed tomorrow  
to those on the list).

The countdown is on to A3F 2007!
