The A3F has set another record as 81 teams are registered and  
creating films this weekend.  What an amazing turnout and thank you  
everyone for supporting the A3F and independent filmmaking in Arizona  
and neighboring states.  81 teams?  Wow!!!

I hope everyone is enjoying this year's guidelines and is either  
working on their films or getting some sleep for a busy Saturday!   
That was quite the party at Majerle's tonight as over 200 people  
packed it into the 9 Lounge.  We will work on getting a larger space  
next time around (and one with a better sound system).

teams.shtml and make sure you are listed on the site and your info is  
correct?  I have a few online registrations/payments that I am not  
sure of the Team Name?  Just email any corrections.

Once again, I apologize for the late arrival of the guidelines of the  
web site.  We had some permission/server issues that prevented my web  
guy from uploading the pdf file and then once he did at around 7:20  
p.m., I believe some of your web browsers didn't get their cache  
refreshed so it looked like the guidelines were still not there.

As a result, as I stated before, everyone has an extra 30 minutes!   
So the electronic submissions are due by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday (this is  
only for teams outside of the Phoenix/suburb areas) and 7:30 p.m. for  
those of you dropping off your films at Majerle's.  We will be at  
Majerle's from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  Films turned in after the  
deadlines will not be eligible for the Top 20.

Remember to email stills of your 48 hour experience...and include  
your team name!
